What is your return and exchange policy?
All returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. The product should be unused or lightly used and in its original packaging.
To place a return or an exchange, or if you are having trouble doing that within the 30 day time frame, please reach out to contact@viyit.com.
Order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Also, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Help! I can’t find my return label!
VIYIT does not provide return labels. The customer will be responsible for the return of the product unless the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. In this case, VIYIT will send you a downloadable label.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we confirm we have received the returned product, we will issue the refund.
Credit card refunds usually take a few business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at contact@viyit.com and we’ll be sure to get you the one you ordered!
Can I return the product if I’m not happy with it?
Yes, you can return the product if you are not happy with it. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from VIYIT. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at contact@viyit.com within 30 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in initiating the return process and provide further instructions.

Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to contact@viyit.com before returning your order. We will then be able to help you with the return procedures and find an appropriate solution.
